1. Return Eligibility

We strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, a return or replacement will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or expired.
  • The item delivered is different from what was ordered.
  • The product is missing essential parts or packaging at the time of delivery.

If any of the above issues occur, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear description and photo or video proof at

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the order number, invoice, and evidence of the issue.
  • Returns must be approved by our customer support team before being sent back.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and verify your return request, refunds (if approved) will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • In case of COD orders, refund will be initiated via UPI or bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  1. Opened or used grocery items such as food, dairy, or perishable goods.
  2. Change of mind after product delivery.
  3. Incorrect storage or mishandling of the item after delivery.
  4. Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality.
  5. Delayed delivery due to courier or weather issues (beyond our control).

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
