Before placing your order, please ensure your delivery location is serviceable by checking your pincode during checkout.

2. Delivery Time

We strive to deliver your orders as fast as possible:

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for selected locations if the order is placed before 12 PM.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 12 PM will be delivered the next business day.
  • Delay Notice: During festivals, weekends, or high-demand periods, deliveries might take extra time. We will notify you via SMS, WhatsApp, or email in such cases.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery: Orders above ₹499 qualify for free delivery.
  • Standard Delivery Fee: A small delivery charge applies for orders below ₹499, depending on your location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation message and a tracking update via WhatsApp or email.
Our delivery team may also contact you directly before reaching your address.

5. Order Verification

Please ensure your address, contact number, and pincode are entered correctly at checkout.
Digital BTS will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
